Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an eCommerce Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely availability of products on our website, with high-quality visuals and accurate product information.

You will support the eCommerce team to deliver the digital strategy and provide a superior customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end enrichment process for ecommerce, generating product descriptions using product data and tone of voice, coordinating with retouchers and approving images for the site, collaborating with brands and store teams to obtain samples required for photographing, and ensuring accuracy of product data to deliver best-in-class customer experience.

In addition, you will optimize user filtering experience by associating relevant attributes to products, collaborate with eCommerce/SEO team to optimize products for organic search, manage pricing across ERP and ecommerce platforms, support onsite UAT testing and QA checks for new website developments, assist with uploading blog articles and SEO updates, and monitor and analyze website metrics to take appropriate action.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ years ecommerce operations coordination experience (preferable)
  • Copywriting capability
  • Intermediate-Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized with great communication skills
