Portfolio Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to drive the success of our Optics and IP portfolio. This key member of our team will collaborate closely with pre-sales teams, work with Customer Project Managers, and ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects from initiation to completion.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional project management initiatives for the Optics and IP portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with pre-sales teams, creating compelling proposals and bid offers that meet customer needs.
  • Oversee post-sales delivery, serving as the primary escalation point for customer governance and support across hardware, services, and post-delivery support.
  • Manage the contract execution and financial performance of the portfolio, including P&L accountability, KPI tracking, and proactive cost and timeline management.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, acting as the main contact for planning, execution, and prioritization throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Implement and manage effective risk management and change management processes to mitigate project challenges.
  • Coordinate with customer stakeholders to ensure program scope is effectively managed and aligned with governance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, adhering to PMI principles and operational guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in Senior Project Management or Program Management within the IT/Telco industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) delivery and work streams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-organizational teams.
  • PMP and/or Prince2 certification or willingness to certify.

We are looking for someone who has experience managing financial and operational performance metrics, familiarity with project execution, engineering, and supply chain processes, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
