Claims Support Assistant
The Claims Support Assistant plays a vital role in providing administrative support to the claims team. This enables us to proactively manage personal injury claims effectively within the relevant jurisdiction.
About the Role
- Support claims teams to help individuals receive fair compensation for their injuries.
- Contact providers and customers via phone to clarify information and resolve issues related to reports, payment details, invoices, cheques, overpayments, and recovery payments.
- Review duplicate claims, duplicate payments, unpresented cheques, and create/update vendors as necessary.
- Maintain claim file notes by entering actions undertaken into the claims system.
- Provide additional assistance within the team and business unit to support the achievement of team goals as requested.
- Effectively meet customer needs, build productive relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
- Arrange and coordinate appointments, including travel and accommodation as needed for injured workers.
