Senior Claims Consultant

The Injury Management Advisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of decision-making within claims management. This involves promoting consistency in approach and adherence to legislation.
This position requires providing clinical and injury management technical expertise to assess personal injury claims for treatment and rehabilitation requirements. Additionally, it involves coaching and mentoring Claims Advisors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, third-party providers, team members, and health professionals to find solutions that cater to the recovery needs of customers and align with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice on injury management and claims assessment
- Mentoring and coaching Claims Advisors to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to find solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in a relevant field such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or nursing
- Proven experience in injury management and claims assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
