Role Overview

Seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our vibrant library network. This role offers a unique opportunity to promote library resources, programs, and technology in a friendly and engaging manner.

The successful candidate will add value to the customer experience by promoting library services across various branch locations. This is an excellent chance for individuals with a passion for community engagement and education to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote library resources, programs, and technology to diverse communities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patrons
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Working Hours: Monday & Thursday 10am-6pm and Tuesday & Friday 10am-2pm and Wednesday 9am-4pm. Casual opportunities also available.

Requirements

Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
