Job Title

A Library Supervisor leads daily library operations, managing a dynamic team and collaborating with the Libraries & Museum team to deliver engaging programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee library management, staff supervision and community engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving customer experience and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Libraries & Museum team on program development and service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in library science or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and developing staff.
  • Excellent communication skills and advanced digital literacy.
About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with flexible work arrangements and a 35-hour week.
