Demand Generation Lead Representative

As a Demand Generation Lead Representative at Oracle, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and improving sales performance through focused demand generation programs across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a holistic demand generation plan to generate pipeline across the region, with a target of achieving four times the annual quota.
- Collaborate with the region VP and Senior Sales Leaders to shape, establish, and drive comprehensive global and local go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Lead the development, execution, and management of sales initiatives, including mandated expansion plays and implementations of Move, Expansion plays, and New Needs (NN), to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business via outbound calls, qualify Oracle prospects, and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force.
- Perform database and record-keeping activities to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales performance.
- Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
