Job Overview

The Myer One program relies on a dedicated professional to manage its daily operations.

This role ensures the program runs efficiently, remains customer-focused, and plays a key part in maintaining a seamless experience for members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving member issues escalated by the outsourced team, assisting in delivering reward card issuance, annual census, case resolution, and daily membership packs. They will also maintain the accuracy of the MYER one database, communicate with key stakeholders, and ensure legal requirements are met.
