We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales L&D team.

In this pivotal role, you will help deliver impactful training experiences across the organization, supporting our mission to upskill our Sales teams, enhance customer experience, and maintain our competitive edge.

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of Sales L&D training programs across the business.
  • Manage training calendars, course offerings, and logistics including LMS, catering, and communication.

  • Keep learning content and materials updated, including toolkits, workbooks, and templates.
  • Drive communication strategies to maximize awareness, engagement, and participation in L&D initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective project management methodologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements:
  • Strong administrative or coordination experience—background in HR or recruitment admin is highly regarded.

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to work across stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
