We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales L&D team.
In this pivotal role, you will help deliver impactful training experiences across the organization, supporting our mission to upskill our Sales teams, enhance customer experience, and maintain our competitive edge.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of Sales L&D training programs across the business.
- Manage training calendars, course offerings, and logistics including LMS, catering, and communication.
- Support reporting and analysis to track engagement, performance, and learning insights.
- Keep learning content and materials updated, including toolkits, workbooks, and templates.
- Drive communication strategies to maximize awareness, engagement, and participation in L&D initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Develop and implement effective project management methodologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that meet business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to secure resources for L&D initiatives.

Requirements:- Strong administrative or coordination experience—background in HR or recruitment admin is highly regarded.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to work across stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
