Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing and delivering effective learning programs that drive business outcomes.

  • About the Role:

The Learning and Development Professional will be responsible for working closely with our leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This includes:

  1. Designing and delivering training programs across onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and skills training.
  2. Evaluating learning initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure their effectiveness.
  3. Cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development to ensure we remain competitive in the market.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an L&D management role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
