Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operation of our retail arm, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company policies. This key role is crucial to the ongoing success of our services.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Optometrists to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Foster effective selling and customer service skills among store team members.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling in compliance with local labour laws.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position.
  • Proven experience working with budgets and staff scheduling.
  • Required Optical experience.
