Regional Manager Agribusiness Role

  • Lead a team of Relationship Managers across Northeast VIC, encompassing Bendigo, Shepparton, Wangaratta, Albury, and Wodonga.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Enhance sales strategies for the state, ensuring those strategies are understood and well-executed by the team.
  2. Support the team through change, technology transformation, and foster an engaged and collaborative crew committed to adopting successful sales operating rhythms.
  3. Invest in team members' development and progression through mentoring, coaching, timely feedback, and support.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading a large agribusiness team with deep knowledge of lending and credit risk principles.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and insights of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and markets.
  • Passionate about developing others through robust coaching, including sales and performance management.
  • Deep understanding of tools and principles that enhance operational excellence and drive a culture focused on continuous improvement.
  • The ability to collaborate and think outside the square to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions.
  • Demonstrated exposure in successfully leading a team/business through multifaceted transformation and change.
  • A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline.
