Role Overview

As a strategic business manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth and prosperity for our localised area. Your leadership skills will play a critical role in shaping the strategic plan, guiding your team towards achieving exceptional results.

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, focusing on continuous improvement and career development goals.
  • Utilise your analytical skills to track KPIs, report progress, and create strategic plans that drive business success.
  • Establish strong relationships within the community, promoting our brand at local events and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Prioritise customer satisfaction by stepping in wherever needed to ensure exceptional service.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Marcoola, with a roster of 76 hours per fortnight. If you are a skilled people leader with experience in sales mentorship, residential and commercial lending, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of financial management, this could be the perfect fit.
