Job Summary

This role presents a unique opportunity to relocate to Darwin, NT and assume a senior civil engineering position.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Mentoring junior team members and fostering their growth and development
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Designing and modeling roads, subdivisions, drainage systems, hydraulics, and earthworks
  • Providing technical input to ensure designs meet project requirements
  • Ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery
Requirements

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Civil or Associate Engineering degree (recognized by EA)
  • 10-20 years of experience in engineering and design
  • Familiarity with Austroads/NZ standards and Australian regulations
  • Experience in geometric design and modeling using tools such as 12D or similar software
  • Strong skills in designing roads, subdivisions, drainage systems, and earthworks
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach to mentoring and team management
