About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch HR services, providing Business Partner level support, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce Safety Standards and Operating Procedures: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Contribute to Business Strategy: Collaborate with the HR team to identify, prioritize, and implement HR interventions that align with the company's business strategy.
  • Align Team Goals: Understand the broader HR plan and align team goals to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support Workforce Planning: Assist in developing workforce plans that align with business strategy and support the company's growth.
  • Performance Management: Support people managers through performance management processes, ensuring effective employee development and growth.
  • Influence and Gain Cooperation: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to influence and gain cooperation in achieving business outcomes.
  • Champion Change Initiatives: Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Offer expert guidance and support to leaders and the broader HR team on policies, employment agreements, contracts, awards, and legislation.
  • Case Management: Manage complex HR or IR issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Travel to Site Required: Travel to site as required to support business operations and HR initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree qualification in Human Resources Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. You will ideally have a minimum of five years of Human Resources/Workplace Relations experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality workplace investigations. You will enjoy building trusted relationships with all levels of stakeholders and be an excellent problem solver.
