**Customer Support Role Overview**

Based in Revesby, this position will serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound customer queries, encompassing parts orders, pricing, and stock availability. The role is a Full-time opportunity with various days and shifts available.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

We seek an individual with:

• High level of attention to detail as you will be entering essential information in our systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries

• Processing internal/counter sales orders will be advantageous

• Ability to create purchase orders and raise invoices

• Helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues

• Aptitude to navigate multiple systems and databases simultaneously

• The ability to professionally articulate to internal and external customers
