Your role will focus on driving the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 tools across the organization.

You will lead efforts to increase digital literacy, innovation, and resilience among caregivers by developing and implementing change strategies and communications.

Key responsibilities include leading M365 adoption initiatives, creating user guides and reference materials, designing videos and events, and delivering training sessions to support tool utilisation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to tailor adoption strategies to their needs and work with the Information Management team on content lifecycle management.

A strong background in creating engaging training sessions and workshops is essential, as well as proficiency in designing user-focused materials.
