About the Role:

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in driving organisational change for technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver digital transformation strategies, including communication plans, stakeholder management plans, and learning adoption schedules.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to maximise adoption rates and ensure a smooth transition to new technologies.
  • Participate in business readiness planning to ensure employees and customers are prepared for change.
  • Identify opportunities, risks, and mitigation strategies involved in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support the development and facilitation of learning and adoption, including the creation of training plans and materials.
  • Drive the successful delivery of technology projects that meet business needs by promoting continuous change adoption.
  • Provide regular reports to senior leaders on the progress and effectiveness of digital transformation plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or significant work experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, Prosci, Lean, and/or Agile Change methodologies.
  • Previous experience leading technology projects with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital transformation for ERP implementations.
