Business Transformation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Expert to lead our digital transformation journey. As a specialist in this field, you will guide clients through their digital journey by leveraging your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and its related technologies.

About the Role
  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor.
  • Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team members.
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT or Computer Science related discipline.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

This role requires working independently and collaboratively as part of a team to drive business outcomes.
