About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Technology Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our account team, you will help your customers develop strategies to address opportunities and challenges by leveraging Microsoft's technologies, resources, and ecosystem.

You will work closely with a virtual team of specialists focused on the Government industry, Microsoft partners, and independent software vendors to provide innovative solutions to client challenges.

Main Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support the digital transformation of Government departments and agencies through the adoption of Microsoft technologies.

  • Set the strategy to drive your customer's innovation agenda
  • Work as a thought leader to ideate with and inspire your customers around the possibilities that technology can provide
  • Owning and strengthening executive customer relationships
  • Orchestrating teams of technical specialists across Microsoft and our partner network to provide the right solutions to your customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with customers to drive digital transformation in a technical consulting or technical sales role
  • An understanding of how to build a technical strategy and roadmap, gaining executive buy-in and orchestrating a team to execute against that plan
  • Passion for and knowledge of a range of technical solutions such as artificial intelligence, cyber security, cloud platforms, business applications, and productivity tools
