Business Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business banking unit, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients and delivering high-quality banking services that meet their evolving needs.

Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing tailored solutions to support their growth and success. You will also be expected to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract and retain customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, including existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and implement relationship management strategies to build strong client relationships.
  • Provide expert advice on banking products and services to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to attract and retain customers.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
