Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. This role involves leading a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, building relationships and enhancing the client experience.

The successful candidate will identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions. They will also develop new and profitable business within the segment, contribute to the strategic direction of the National business, achieve renewal and new business targets, and mentor team members within the region.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and revenue

This role is ideal for someone with exceptional client relationship management capabilities, a passion for insurance and risk management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a keen entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class service and solutions to clients.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Develop and execute strategies to increase profitability and revenue within designated portfolios.

Leadership and Development:

Provide guidance and support to team members within the region.

Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.
