Job Description:

A key member of the Air Freight team will lead and manage daily operational activities to ensure seamless execution.

  • Drive efficiency gains and optimise revenue through cost minimisation and gross profit maximisation on every shipment.
  • Support the achievement of operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and country targets.
  • Monitor operational performance proactively and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve operational issues effectively.
  • C coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimise service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, global policies, and relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve productivity and service quality targets.
  • R Retain key accounts and resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Exercise effective leadership and resource allocation.
