Air Freight Export Manager

Join a leading logistics company as an Air Freight Export Manager. In this challenging role, you will lead and manage daily operational activities within the Air Freight Export team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive cost minimisation and gross profit maximisation on every shipment.
  • Support the achievement of operational KPIs and country targets.
  • Proactively monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure resolution of operational issues.
  • Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimise service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, global policies, and relevant regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Achievement of productivity and service quality targets.
  • Retention of key accounts and resolution of escalated customer issues.
  • Effective leadership and resource allocation.
  • Compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

In order to succeed, you must demonstrate excellent leadership skills, effective communication, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
