Leadership Role in Centre Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of centre management, including lease administration, retail management, and tenant liaison.

The Opportunity:

As a key member of the Centre Management team, you will have the opportunity to work across various aspects of shopping centre management, including:

  • Lease administration and management
  • Retail management, including tenant liaison for leasing and tenancy issues
  • Managing tenant rental arrears
  • Assisting with developing a leasing strategy for the centre
  • Assisting with developing and managing the centre income budget
  • Maintenance of relevant files and correspondence
