  • Manage day-to-day retail operations across a portfolio of key assets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Support centre improvements and redevelopment initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive centre performance.
  • Assist with financials budgeting and forecasting.
  • Report to a highly regarded leadership team.

The following skills are highly advantageous:

  • Prior experience in retail or shopping centre management.
  • Confidence managing relationships with retailers and service providers.
  • Exposure to budgeting forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Strong communication presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercially-minded and solutions-focused.
