The role of Customer Experience Officer is a vital position within the Department of Government Services.
About the Job- Deliver accurate and relevant information on consumer rights and responsibilities to various stakeholders.
- Evaluate and process registrations of life events, such as births, adoptions, deaths, and marriages.
- Provide effective solutions to complaints and enquiries presented in writing and by phone.
As a primary point of contact, you will attend to and resolve telephone and online enquiries from the public, providing guidance on operating environment goals.
Main Responsibilities- Resolve telephone and online enquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Offer accurate legislative advice and information on consumer and trader rights and responsibilities.
- Process registrations of life events and assist with related enquiries.
- Evaluate and respond to written and verbal complaints and enquiries.
This role offers flexible working arrangements. No prior experience or knowledge of Australian legislation is required, as training will be provided. Additionally, no background in contact centres is necessary, as we are seeking great individuals who can provide excellent customer service.
