Job Overview

We aim to deliver a seamless experience for Victorians and businesses by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government, streamlining our corporate and procurement services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Victoria's consumers and businesses
  • Manage difficult conversations and influence/persuade customers
  • Communicate effectively and critically think/problem solve
  • Work collaboratively and promote inclusion

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Contact Centre/Customer Service Environment (desirable)
  • Ability to work flexibly
  • Mandatory requirements: Exceptional customer service, ability to manage difficult conversations, influence and persuasion, communicate with impact, critical thinking and problem solving

  • You should be looking to re-enter the workforce or transitioning towards retirement
