Elevate Your Career as a Site Lead

The Associate Director - Site Lead will play a pivotal role in elevating our delivery services at the Ballarat site, fostering strong relationships and engagement across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contact centre operations, leading large teams at the Ballarat location

This role requires 3-5 years of senior-level experience, preferably in the contact centre or outsourcing sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong people leadership skills, extensive operational expertise, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
