- Overseeing all aspects of practice operations, including rostering, training, debtor management, answering phones, scheduling bookings, processing payments, updating data, and general cleaning
- Providing support to the administrative team and practice leaders
- Being the first point of contact for patients and exceeding their expectations through excellent customer service skills
