Salsify is a leading provider of digital commerce infrastructure, helping brand manufacturers win on the digital shelf.

As a Digital Commerce Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales and Client Success functions for Salsify ANZ. You will work closely with Client Success Managers and Account Executives to ensure support tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing knowledge of Salsify's suite of solutions and value proposition
  • Participating in ongoing training to enhance skills and industry knowledge
  • Supporting 'digital touch' clients by monitoring and responding to customer inquiries
  • Maintaining registrations to our online learning platform, ensuring completion and adoption
  • Performing administrative tasks, including preparing spreadsheets
  • Supporting the Sales team to identify and qualify ideal customers
  • Executing on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to assist the Sales team to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
  • Preparing quotes in our CRM as required
  • Assisting in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, customer presentations, and proposals as required
  • Supporting prospecting campaigns, scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations as required
  • Helping update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Providing sales support for new client onboarding as needed
  • Keeping sales process updated in Confluence as required
  • Supporting reporting of all lead and sales activity as needed

Skills required:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Fast learning team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Organized and disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving success
  • Experience with or ability to learn web applications such as Salesforce and LinkedIn

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
