The Company

With 15 years of rapid growth, their award-winning range is now distributed internationally across specialized and major retail outlets, as well as online directly to customers. To support the growth of D2C and a maternity leave in the team, the business is seeking an e-commerce expert on a 12-month contract with high permanency potential.

The Role

This e-commerce manager will play a critical role in shaping the online shopping experience, leveraging data insights to inform key decisions and optimize performance across 8 global websites. Responsibilities include conversion rate optimization, web merchandising, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring campaign and product launch execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead initiatives aligning with the business' overall revenue objectives.
