Operational Risk Management Professional

The Operational Risk Management Professional plays a vital role in enhancing operational risk awareness and culture across the end-to-end value chain.

This role involves collaborating closely with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to strengthen controls end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in either Operational Risk, Assurance, Regulatory Engagement or Regulatory Reporting, with excellent communication skills and the ability to think laterally.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all divisions in their contribution to the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting process, from initial trade execution to report submission.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and conduct control assurance activities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to strengthen controls end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement solutions.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in either Operational Risk, Assurance, Regulatory Engagement or Regulatory Reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to think laterally and grasp complex concepts.
