Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders and work orders
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices
  • Liaise with suppliers for parts and logistics
  • Support compliance with quality management systems
  • Prepare reports and assist the Service Manager
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in coordination, scheduling, or admin roles dealing with trades or technical services
