Job Title: Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the facility plant to ensure consistent production in alignment with performance goals.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and support groups to adhere to regulations and corporate standards.
  • Assist in delivering fluids from the wellhead through the oil processing plant and oversee proper storage and export.
  • Manage the water treatment process for environmentally responsible disposal.
  • Provide leadership, support, and direction to operators, aligning with organisational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hydrocarbon operations (preferably offshore).
  • Certificate III in Process Plant Operations.
  • Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training.
  • Knowledge of process plants.
  • Experience with laboratory sampling.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
  • Understanding of industry regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
