Seeking a dynamic Services Manager to lead our services team in a newly created role.

We are working with a leading commercial construction head contractor who is expanding their operations in Perth and has a new opportunity for a Services Manager to join their business unit.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager coming from an M&E sub contractor, who would be interested in taking the next step in their career and moving across to be one of the in-house services experts.

As Services Manager, you will initially oversee the services packages and sub contractors on a large correctional facility project with a complex services package.

You will work closely with the Senior Services Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Our client is open to a professional from either a Mechanical or Electrical sub contracting background, who has a strong multi-services & commissioning knowledge across the various packages.

A rare opportunity to join a well-reputed head contractor as their in-house services expert.

You'll be joining a business who are regularly delivering high-profile projects across a variety of sectors - Healthcare, Commercial, Correctional Facilities, Infrastructure projects etc. - typically ranging in the $20-150m project value range.

A highly competitive salary package on offer, ranging from $180-200k TRP depending on experience.
