- As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will oversee and guide effective resident-focused clinical outcomes.
- Undertake or supervise others to undertake clinical care for individual residents as required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Complex wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care, and other clinical procedures.
- Liaise with residential care staff, medical practitioners, allied health professionals, hospital staff, and specialist health practitioners to ensure residents receive high-level clinical care.

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
