We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to join our team at Bupa Templestowe, where you will be part of a vibrant community driven by passion and hard work.

Job Description

As a Carer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of our residents, providing exceptional care and support that makes a real difference. You will be part of a tight-knit team, working collaboratively to deliver world-class care that meets the unique needs of each resident.

Our modern care home is located in a beautiful setting, close to the Yarra River and scenic parklands. We have dementia care and high care units, with a Clinical Care Manager and Registered Nurse in each community. Our primary goal is to prioritize the health, lifestyle, and well-being of our residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Min Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
  • Passion and energy for delivering exceptional care
  • Ability to work as part of a team and delegate effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
