Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and caring individuals to provide exceptional support to elderly, frail clients who wish to remain living independently in their community.

  • Cert III in Aged Care, IV in Individual Support or equivalent is highly regarded
  • A Victorian Drivers Licence and a reliable car with valid registration and insurance are necessary
  • An Immunisation History which shows 3 COVID vaccinations and a 2022/2023 flu vaccination is required
  • Current First Aid & CPR training is essential
  • Availability for at least 6hrs per day between 8am - 5pm on a minimum of 3 days per week (Mon to Fri) is preferred

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients
  • Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Accompanying clients on outings and appointments

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes. Previous experience in aged care and strong communication skills are considered an advantage. We offer flexible part-time work arrangements and ongoing professional development opportunities.
