We are currently seeking compassionate and committed individuals to join our team in the Northwest Melbourne region as Support Workers.
Job Description:As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals, providing them with the necessary support and care to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide high-quality support and care to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- To work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes for clients
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and services provided
- A Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a community-based setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- A current First Aid certificate and willingness to obtain any other required certifications
