- Embark on an exciting journey as you take on the pivotal role of providing exceptional support to the claims team, ensuring the timely and effective management of a diverse portfolio of Accident and Sickness Claims.**Benefits**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed internal and external claims and administration service standards in a timely manner.
- Manage Accident & Sickness claims from initial notification to file closure.
- Strategically handle claims to achieve optimal financial outcomes while upholding fairness to all parties involved.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the highest level of customer service and support.
- Maintain an effective diary system.
- Facilitating claim payments and registrations as needed.

**Skills and Strengths needed**:

- Previous experience in General Insurance, with a preference for expertise in Accident and Health claims.
- Exceptional communication skills to actively engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships internally and externally.
- Results-driven and proficient in meeting KPIs.
- High attention to detail and advanced numeracy skills.
