Dynamic Sales Professional
We are an ambitious team changing the way people think about achieving a beautiful smile. Our clients offer an affordable alternative to traditional orthodontist routes, with 80+ new orders daily.
As a Customer Experience Representative, your mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help customers through their smile journey. You will need to know our product inside out and be able to answer questions about clear aligners, orthodontics, and how we can help align teeth.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders
- Help customers finalise payment arrangements
- Liaise with suppliers and chase up orders
- Liaise with the USA customer service team when required
- Track customer journeys and be the point of contact when required
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Solutions-oriented, success-driven, approachable, and compassionate
- Calm under pressure
- A strategic problem solver who stays focused
- An expert at navigating difficult conversations
- 1+ years of customer care or customer service experience; health care experience is beneficial
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to putting team first
