Operational Risk Management Professional

Contribute to the delivery of our Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) as an Analyst, making a meaningful impact on operational risk management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that risk is appropriately managed and processes meet applicable standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating internal controls to ensure compliance with bank rules, policies and procedures, and regulatory prudential standards and requirements.
- Managing periodic attestation processes, including verifying risk events, policies and procedures, and business heads' understanding of risk profiles.
- Partnering with the business and support functions to provide trusted advice on risk management practices and develop an effective risk and control framework.
- Developing and delivering training sessions to refresh risk management skills and competencies.
- Assisting in tracking and timely resolution of risk events and associated countermeasures.
