Job Title: Grounds Management Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced grounds management professional to join our team. As a Grounds Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a commercial grounds maintenance contract.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Oversee daily operations including mowing and horticulture management
  • Coach, mentor and lead the operations team
  • Deliver exceptional customer relationship management
  • Partner with clients and operations team to achieve organic & new growth objectives
  • Support the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts
  • Continually improve strategies and processes to increase performance
  • Promote and develop a safety culture across the business
