Job Overview

The primary goal of this role is to provide exceptional support for our workforce compliance platform. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and skills required to effectively manage the system, ensuring seamless performance and efficient data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain modules to meet business requirements, including inductions, training, permits, contractor onboarding, and incident management.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Create and update workflows, forms, and templates as needed.
  • Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and collaborate with support teams when necessary.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for queries related to the platform.
    • Provide comprehensive onboarding, training, and ongoing support for staff, contractors, and managers.
    • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and FAQs.
    • Ensure data integrity within the platform by verifying accuracy and completeness of information.
      • Identify and troubleshoot any data issues or errors in coordination with IT or relevant teams.
      • Direct users to appropriate reports, dashboards, or teams for reporting and analysis queries.

About You:

  • Prior experience in system administration or application support (Workforce Compliance, HSE, HRIS, or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with Beakon or comparable workforce compliance systems.
  • Expertise in training and onboarding system users.
  • Able to ensure platform availability and accuracy of data.
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of system/process improvements.
  • Ability to meet compliance KPIs with no audit failures due to system administration issues.
