Transaction Finance Specialist Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position for an experienced professional in Accounting and Financial Management.

The organisation seeks a highly skilled individual to manage the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including hands-on processing of complex issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an Accounting role, preferably in a supervisor position with advanced reconciliation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage AP and AR functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions
  • Responsible for resolving complex accounting issues and providing guidance to team members
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other teams across the organisation to achieve common goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and mentorship to team members

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Management, preferably in a supervisor role
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for customer service and team development
