Transaction Finance Specialist

This is a hands-on role supporting the finance team with focus on accuracy, customer support and timely reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily management of receipts, credit card processing and direct debit handling
  • Supporting the finance team with new customer onboarding and Masterfile updates
  • Processing rebates and customer pricing adjustments in line with standard operating procedures
  • Monitoring aged debtors, preparing reports and escalating doubtful debts where necessary
  • Assisting with customer disputes, credit notes and timely resolution of queries
  • Maintaining strong communication with sales, customer service and external customers
  • Contributing to key performance indicator reporting, process enhancements and ad hoc finance projects

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, clear communication skills and a proactive approach. Prior experience in accounts receivable, transactional finance or similar roles is preferred.
