Commercial Lawyer - Transactional Finance Expertise

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Commercial Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial law practice, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on transactional finance matters, including commercial lending, trade and receivables finance.

  • Transactional support and advice to SMEs on commercial and corporate law matters across a broad range of industries.

Candidates should possess prior experience in commercial transactional and finance work, as well as general commercial litigation, insolvency and dispute resolution matters.

A strong communicator with excellent technical abilities, attention to detail, planning skills and the ability to meet deadlines is essential for this role.
