Bulk DG Scheduler

Our organization is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the scheduling and management of Specialised Fleet. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and monitoring movement of vehicles in line with Fatigue Management regulations.
  • Managing site levels in accordance with operational requirements.
  • Liaising with customers to ensure timely delivery of bulk DG products.
  • Collaborating with the fleet maintenance department to plan and execute scheduled maintenance.
  • Ensuring safe, cost-effective, and reliable distribution of goods.
  • Capturing data and statistics for performance analysis.
  • Fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing daily reports outlining activity, forward planning, and delivery volumes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in scheduling (DG experience an asset).
  • A current driver's license (MC an asset).
  • Strong organisational, planning, and computer skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team.
