The Role

This frontline role plays a major part in our supply chain, working with Growers, Contractors, and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate plant and equipment to move and store bulk grain safely.
  • Safely receive, store, and out-load grain.
  • Sample and assess the grain, including identify contaminated grain.
  • Maintain the condition of grain within the storage system through hygiene activities.
  • Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and hygienic manner.

About You:

  • Hold an unrestricted and valid driver licence (HR/MR class advantageous).
  • Have own reliable vehicle.
  • Exhibit a strong dedication to work safety.
  • Be deemed physically fit in accordance with operational worker pre-employment medical.
  • Be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in areas with high grain dust concentration.
  • Possess basic computer skills.
  • Be able to work in team environment and communicate well with peers.
  • Live or be willing to relocate to location in close proximity to one of the sites.
